BOOTH

Booths will include:

  • a high-top table (30″ round x 42″ h)
  • one stool
  • 32″ table top monitor 
  • WiFi

Due to the size of the venue, monitor upgrades are not available.

You are encouraged to bring a 90″ round branded tablecloth.  If you choose to bring a pop-up banner for your booth, signs should not exceed exceed 3.5′ x 8′.
 
 

BLOG

Guidelines for blog submissions are:

  • Submit an exclusive 750 word perspective on a topic of interest to IT leaders.
  • Include one graphic (optional, but encouraged). All submissions must be vendor-neutral; no company or product promotions will be considered.
  • Include an author bio with name, title, company, and headshot.
  • Blogs will be posted on the ONUG website and will be promoted via ONUG social media channels.

Blogs are due by Friday, November 9, 2018.  Email your blog, bio & photos to jessica@kennedyevents.com 

 

LEAD SCANNING

Lead scanning options are available.  If you’d like one of the following, please email jessica@kennedyevents.com no later than Friday, November 16, 2018.

Lead Scanning License Only = $375
Lead Scanning License + Rented Device = $550

 

SHIPPING

Advance shipping is not available.  You will need to arrange your own shipping.

We will not be offering Proof of Concept presents at ONUG London.

We will not be providing an app for the ONUG London conference so electronic collateral will not be collected.
