Speaker: Nick Lippis, ONUG Founder and Co-Chair
Session Description: The Open Networking market has changed rapidly since the February ONUG event hosted by Fidelity. The definition of Open Networking has expanded to include white box networking, network virtualization or overlays, and changes to network underlays or physical networks to support programmability, automation, and auto provisioning. Open Networking is now increasingly associated with the key technology to enable software defined data centers to reap its economic efficiency and self-service provisioning promise. In this keynote, Nick discusses the state of the open networking market and shares deployment status gathered from the ONUG community.
